‘There is already talk of her doing movies’: Strictly’s winner Rose Ayling-Ellis ‘is set to become a millionaire and one of BBC’s biggest stars’

Rose Ayling-Ellis is set to become one of BBC’s biggest stars after winning Strictly Come Dancing on Saturday night.

The EastEnders’ actress, 27, who was the show’s first ever deaf contestant, was a front-runner since the series began as she moved viewers with her dances – despite not being able to hear the music.

And now Rose is set for big things, and could ‘easily earn £1million in 2022’, after impressing TV execs in both Britain and across the globe.

BBC bosses are reportedly planning a documentary about her life and career and are keen to make her a ‘poster girl’ for the channel.

A source told The Sun: ‘The sky is the limit for Rose, regardless of the result. BBC bosses have been blown away by how she has conducted herself.

‘She is incredibly inspirational to everyone – not just the deaf community – and has won people over with her charm and courage. This could be the start of some very big things for Rose.’

Meanwhile, agent Barry Tomes, who has a 50-year career in showbiz, told The Daily Star: ‘The world is at her feet. She could earn over £1million in 2022.

‘With a calm agent who isn’t in it for a quick buck, she will easily earn that and she’ll deserve every single penny of it, there is already talk of her doing movies – I’ve heard roles are being offered to her.

‘I’d love to have a client like Rose. The public adores her. She’s so natural. You don’t feel like there’s an agenda in what she’s doing.’

MailOnline has contacted Rose’s representatives for comment.

Rose got her breakthrough role on EastEnders last year playing Frankie Lewis in the BBC soap opera.

Her character was originally written by the deaf journalist and scriptwriter Charlie Swinbourne.

She is set to return to her role playing Frankie, a friend of Ben Mitchell, but show bosses are keen to capitalise on her popularity after she wowed viewers and the judges on Strictly.

It comes as fans watched on Saturday night as Rose lifted the glitterball trophy after beating John Whaite and his same-sex partner Johannes Radebe in the final.

Following her win, the actress said to Giovanni: ‘I just want to say you are so amazing. You pushed me to believe in myself more than I believe in myself.

‘You are an incredible teacher, but not just that … you are a wonderful friend.

‘We’ve gone through a lot, and I just want you to know no matter what happens, no matter how busy we get, I want to you to know you’ve always got a piece of my heart. You really do.’

Giovanni, 31, also revelled in their success on the BBC show.

He said to Rose: ‘I have to say thank you to this beautiful young lady that made all my dreams come true. You became the best, best dancer, the best teammate I could ask for. You are a dream, Rose, you really are a dream. So, thank you for everything.’
