Sipes has consulted her doctor regarding her decision to continue exercising with the pole. She said she wanted to make sure the poses she is doing is safe for the baby.

‘I’m still going strong at almost 38 weeks, and plan to continue until labor,’ she revealed.

‘I have spoken with my doctors about my form of fitness, and they all agreed that as long as I feel good then keep doing it, because it will make delivery and recovery after much easier. They all encouraged me to continue exercising as long as I wanted to’ she continued.

Apparently her pregnancy journey as been relatively seamless: ‘I have fortunately had a very healthy pregnancy with zero complications, so keeping up with what I love to do – pole and aerial – has been a blessing,’ she stated.
