Crown Princess Mary of Denmark cut a stylish figure today as she donned a pair of over-the-knee boots to attend an International Women’s Day event. 

She took part in the UN Women and Boston Consulting Group’s Gender Diversity’s Roundtable at UN City Copenhagen. 

The glamorous princess teamed her statement boots with a striped knee-length skirt, a navy wrap around top and silver accessories.

Her brunette locks were blowdried into sleek curls and she wore glamorous makeup, including a smoky eye, bronzer and a pink lip. 

Boston Consulting Group and UN Women Nordic Office brought together 16 Danish leaders for the Gender Diversity Roundtable. 

At the roundtable meeting, experiences and best practices on how to advance gender diversity in Denmark were shared.

Today’s glamorous look is a far cry from her previous outfits this week.

 She donned a khaki military uniform and combat boots when she took a training course with the Danish Home Guard on Wednesday and Thursday.    

The Australian-born royal, who participates in land and water exercises with more than 5,000 members of the Home Guard each year, was snapped at Vordingborg Barracks in Denmark

The purpose of the course was to give the Crown Princess and other participants educational qualifications for a subsequent appointment with the captain.

Mary, who was born in Tasmania, first met Prince Frederik who is the heir apparent to the Danish throne at a bar in Sydney during the 2000 Olympics

Mary, who was born in Tasmania, first met Prince Frederik who is the heir apparent to the Danish throne at a bar in Sydney during the 2000 Olympics.

During the course, Princess Mary learned how to manage operational considerations as well as the preparation of commands.

For the occasion, the 47-year-old mother-of-four donned full military uniform, complete with a green beret, glasses and combat boots.     

Mary, who was born in Tasmania, first met Prince Frederik who is the heir apparent to the Danish throne at a bar in Sydney during the 2000 Olympics. 

The Royal couple married in 2004 and they now have four children; Prince Christian, 13, Princess Isabella, 11, and twins Princess Josephine and Prince Vincent, eight.
