Affordable style blogger Jessica Allen has impressed hundreds after styling an $8 tank top from the kids’ section of Kmart.

The mum-of-one from the Gold Coast stumbled across the sleeveless yellow tank top when shopping and purchased a size 14, which fit her perfectly.

Jessica styled the top with a simple pair of white linen pants and shared an image of the outfit with her 16,500 Instagram followers.

‘Walked past the girls section in Kmart and stumbled across this $8 top,’ she captioned the post.

‘I got the size 14 and it’s still very stretchy!’

While Jessica purchased the sleeveless racer neck knit top in yellow, it is also available in pink or navy from sizes seven to 18.

The post was quickly flooded with comments from surprised women who couldn’t believe the top as from Kmart.

‘What!!! This is incredible, thought maybe it was a Zara bodysuit or something,’ one woman wrote.

‘What a great find, looks beautiful,’ another added, a third wrote: ‘It’s so cute and a steal for $8!!’

Another woman admitted she buys clothes from the teen section of Seed and Country Road because it’s ‘so much cheaper’.
