The car, believed to be a Lamborghini Countach, was spotted on the side of the road after went up in flames when its middle-mounted V12 engine exploded.

Commuters in the evening rush hour traffic were delayed along the country lane. The road surface underneath the Italian sports car will likely need replacing following the damage caused by the fire.
Worth nearly half a million pounds, there were only 2,000 of the cars ever produced around the world. The series was discontinued in 1990.
