Customers are eager to get their hands on the cheap goods after reporting bigger supermarkets have the same items for more than $3 per kilo.

‘That’s an excellent price,’ one person commented.

Another person was surprised they were so low as bananas had previously been so expensive due to weather.

‘I remember when they were $11 a kilo after cyclone,’ one user wrote.

‘I remember when they were over $30 a kilo after the cyclone. Was cheaper to buy the lolly bananas,’ another user said.

Daily Mail Australia has contacted AGA Lakemba for comment.
