‘I love to use our Noni Glow Face Balm during the cooler months, it’s super hydrating and protects your skin from the drying effects of the winter elements. It is packed with antioxidants and essential fatty acids – and perfect quick, on-the-go application. I keep one in my bag at all times as I also use it on my boys,’ she said.

She also swears by drinking two litres of water a day and one litre of celery juice to enhance the natural plumpness of her skin.

‘I drink one litre of celery juice every morning on an empty stomach, I started with half a litre and have worked my way up,’ she said.

‘Even my husband [Snapchat founder Evan Spiegel], who’s not really into health like I am, loves his celery juice now. It took him two weeks and then he was converted. It has made such a huge difference to my energy levels, digestive system and mental clarity.’

She aims to workout for at least 30 minutes everyday, whether that be with a yoga practice, Pilates or strengthening exercise.

Megan Roup, who owns The Sculpt Society in California, posted a video to her Instagram showcasing the sort of exercises Miranda enjoys.

‘I always love working out with Miranda. She’s so consistent with integrating movement into her day to day and knows the power of a quickie to work around her busy schedule,’ Megan said previously.

To start with Miranda does 24 straight leg lifts on one leg, followed by 24 fire hydrant kick backs, then 24 leg circles and 24 straight pulses. Once she’s completed this on her right leg, she does the same routine on her left leg.

Miranda is a firm believer in Pilates and light-weight exercises to keep her limbs long and lean.
