Swimmer, 24, is fighting for life after he was found floating face-down in the water off a beach south of Sydney
A man is fighting for life in hospital after he was pulled unconscious from the ocean off a popular beach.
The 24-year-old was seen floating face down in the water off Stanwell Park Beach south of Sydney about 1.45pm on Monday.
A rescue helicopter was called in and paramedics rushed him to Wollongong Hospital where he was in a critical condition.
