Famed real estate agent Ken Jacobs is listed to sell the property through Christie’s International.
Mr Jacobs made headlines last year for selling Australia’s most expensive home – a $100 million mansion set on Sydney Harbour.
The luxury realtor is now hoping to secure a similarly impressive sum for Sydney Polo Club’s current owner, Mortgage Choice co-founder Peter Higgins.

The infrastructure no doubt came in handy for production crews who descended on the property to film Baz Luhrmann’s The Great Gatsby back in 2013.
And late last year, Channel Nine chose Sydney Polo Club to be the location for two Married At First Sight weddings.
Sam Ball and Elizabeth Sobinoff, as well as Dina Hira and Melissa Lucarelli, tied the knot on the estate’s lavish ground.
Location manager Phillip Roope, who worked on Baz Lurham’s 2013 film The Great Gatsby, has previously disclosed that the scene where Tom Buchanan rides up to the Buchanans’ mansion on his polo pony early in the movie was filmed on the Richmond estate.
In an interview with Sydney Morning Herald in 2013 he said the scene was filmed at Sydney Polo Club, but the facade of the grand mansion was created digitally.
Realtor Ken Jacobs told Daily Mail Australia on Friday that the property is up for sale as owner Peter and his wife wish to spend more time overseas.
‘Now in his sixtieth year, Peter Higgins has decided to retire from the sport of polo and re-ignite his passion for the more leisurely pursuit of sailing. Peter also has a number of new international business opportunities,’ Mr Jacobs explained.
