Sylvia Jeffreys announced on Monday that she and husband Peter Stefanovic are expecting their first child, a baby boy.
And the TV host, who is between 16 and 20 weeks along, has been at the centre of speculation that she is pregnant for months.
The 33-year-old was coy about whether she was expecting just days before making the announcement – but all the signs were there.

CITY2SURF ‘INJURY’
The former Today show host first sparked baby talk when the avid runner chose to go easy on the Sydney’s City2Surf in July.
The journalist chose to run the race at a slow pace, despite making a personal best time the year prior, fuelling rumours.
She claimed at the time that recent hip injury made her reconsider her tactic with this year’s 14km course.
‘I will be doing my slowest time at the City2Surf this year,’ she said at the time.
But it is now apparent that Sylvia was taking it easy because she was pregnant.

BAGGY CLOTHES
A change of style also raised some eyebrows, with the chic presenter swapping out her usual outfits for baggy clothes.
Earlier this month, Sylvia opted to skip out on the stilettos to wear more modest, wide heels.
In addition to her stylish footwear, Sylvia hid her frame beneath a loose blue sweater and baggy pants.
The TV star said she had recently suffered an ankle injury in addition to her hip injury, accounting for her change of shoe preference.

POSSIBLE BABY BUMP
Sylvia also appeared to be sporting a baby bump on her new Facebook show 9 News Watch earlier this month.
The TV host wore a white pants suit on the debut episode, and appeared to be sporting a rounded tummy.
Despite attempts to cover up in the jacket, the blonde’s baby bump was visible, setting tongues wagging.

RUMOURS ON THE RADIO
Just days ago, the former Today show host was coy on the issue of whether or not she was expecting – but would not deny it.
On Monday’s KIIS FM Kyle and Jackie O radio show, Sylvia did little to shut down speculation.
She told co-hosts Kyle Sandilands and Jackie ‘O’ Henderson that you ‘can’t really plan’ pregnancy.

Asked by Kyle how long she’s been subjected to pregnancy rumours, Sylvia responded: ‘That’s been happening from probably the first day of our honeymoon.’
‘There’s been a lot of circulation around that.’
‘We’re not in a rush to get there. Life is good and we are only seven months married, so we are looking to enjoy our time as much as we can.
‘We’re also very understanding of the fact that things don’t go to plan for everyone… so we look forward to that time in our lives and we’ll be excited when it happens.’

It had however, already happened, and on Monday, Sylvia and her husband Peter confirmed the good news.
Taking to Instagram on Monday, the delighted mum-to-be shared a photo of herself beside her beaming 37-year-old husband and shared the announcement.
The pair already know the sex of their child, revealing that they are expecting a baby boy.
Peter also took to Instagram, sharing a photo of the grinning pair together as he held a card that read: ‘It’s a boy!’
Sylvia captioned the snap: ‘We’re having a baby boy and we’re totally over the moon!!’
