Sylvia says that making sure she’s well-rested does wonders for her skin, despite her very early wake-up time.
The star sets her alarm for 4.11am every morning, and is on air less than two hours later, reading the news on the Today Show.

Again keeping things simple, Sylvia says she doesn’t follow a strict diet, claiming: ‘I eat what I feel like eating’.
But the health conscious presenter makes sure she squeezes in regular workouts in order to keep fit and fabulous.
‘I run a lot and I do a lot of Pilates. I do make sure I exercise regularly,’ the Brisbane native told Daily Mail Australia.

For Wednesday night’s fashion show, it appeared Sylvia left her husband Peter Stefanovic at home.

‘I’m a huge fan of Rebecca Vallance,’ Sylvia cooed, name-checking the woman her created her wedding gown for her 2016 marriage.
