Alexa Chung has revealed how she was once ordered to strip by a movie producer while being auditioned for a role. In a worrying #MeToo moment, the model was told to remove her clothes so that the exec could see what she looked like naked.

‘I didn’t say anything at the time because I didn’t want to rock the boat. Afterwards, I was like, “Is that weird?”

‘The modelling industry in particular is quite a dangerous industry – it has a veneer of glamour that hides the cracks. It warped my reality.’

Spare a thought for Pierre, the pampered poodle of tennis player Novak Djokovic – he was sent home to Monte Carlo in his own private jet after customs officials refused him entry to the UK. The four-times Wimbledon champion, 31, and his pet dog, left, landed at Farnborough airport ahead of Novak’s appearance at the ATP Finals at the O2. But the star says: ‘Although Pierre has a microchip [for overseas travel] the airport did not have the scanning facilities. I stayed and he went back on the plane on his own.’
