Pretty Little Liars star Tammin Sursok begins hotel quarantine as she returns to Australia with her family

Tammin Sursok and her family have arrived in Australia from the U.S.

The Los Angeles-based actress, 37, revealed on Instagram on Sunday she’d flown Down Under for a number of acting projects.

The Pretty Little Liars star shared a slew of photos alongside her husband, Sean McEwen, and their children, Phoenix, six, and Lennon, two.

Tammin posted a selfie from the bus that was taking her family to their assigned quarantine hotel.

The South African-born star also shared photos of her husband and kids on the flight from Los Angeles to Sydney.

‘MADE IT TO AUSTRALIA!!! 20 people on our LAX – SYDNEY flight was a sight we will never see again!’ Tammin wrote.

‘Hotel quarantine starts now! Wish us luck.’ 

Despite facing two weeks in a hotel room, the photos showed Tammin and her family looking happy as they prepared for their stay in Australia.

Elsewhere, Tammin shrugged off coronavirus fears by letting fans know her family were fully vaccinated.

She also teased several projects in Australia, but wouldn’t provide details. 

‘I’m here for a few projects,’ she said. ‘It was originally supposed to be one and then another one came and then another one came.’ 

She said some of the projects were American and others were Australian.

In April, Tammin revealed her regrets about her last trip to Australia before the pandemic, saying she felt ‘stressed and edgy’ at the time.

‘Oh how the world has changed. This pandemic will teach me to never take anything for granted. Ever again,’ she said.

‘I remember the day when I was at the airport leaving my parents, I was stressed and edgy and short. I regret it daily.

‘I will now be mindful of how each moment with family and loved ones is precious…. it matters.’

It comes after Tammin reported having mild side effects after getting the Covid vaccine with her husband.

She explained on Instagram they were both ‘doing pretty good’ and that she’d only suffered mild side effects, including tiredness and a sore arm.

‘We’re doing fine, my arm is a little sore now. It was sore the first time straight away. It’s taken about five hours to get to work,’ she said.
