Tammin Sursok is currently filming her upcoming film, You, Me and the Penguins.

And on Friday, the Australian actress took a break from the Brisbane film set to run some errands.

The 38-year-old was joined by her lookalike daughter, Lennon Bleu.

Running errands: On Friday, Australian actress Tammin Sursok, 38, took a break from her Brisbane film set to run some errands with her lookalike daughter Lennon Bleu by her side

For the casual outing, Tammin donned a pair of figure-hugging navy leggings and a white T-shirt with the word ‘Warrior’ across the chest.

The Home and Away alum accessorised her look with a pair of classic spectacles and multi-coloured Nike trainers.

During her walk, the star who hit international fame after her role in US TV show Pretty Little Liars, opted for a fresh-faced look sans makeup.

Meanwhile, her three-year-old was dressed in a pair of mustard polk-a-dot shorts and a floral top.

The mother and daughter duo also appeared to be sporting the same low-key bun.

The sighting comes a few weeks after Sursok revealed her traumatic Saturday night in a series of Instagram posts.

She shared a confronting photo of her daughter Lennon, three, lying in bed with blood on the sheets, after the child hit her head on a side table at their Airbnb.

Tammin, who shares Lennon and daughter Phoenix, eight, with husband Sean McEwen, checked on her little girl ‘every two hours for a concussion’, and expressed her gratitude for Australia’s medical system.

Alongside the image of Lennon in bed with blood on the sheets, Tammin told her followers she was ‘posting [it] to raise awareness about kids falling out of beds’.

‘Lennon is okay, but it was a night. My heart was not okay. Will be monitoring her throughout the night,’ the Pretty Little Liars star revealed.

The next day, Tammin posted a video of Lennon eating and said she was happy to report her daughter was doing okay.

‘We checked her every two hours for a concussion. I’m so grateful for the medical system in Australia. I was able to talk to an emergency nurse at the hospital to go through all the checks,’ she said.

After receiving messages of concern and support from fans, Tammin took to her Instagram Stories to explain how the accident occurred.

‘We’re in an Airbnb, she was on her bed… like a big girl bed and there was a little side table that I had moved all around to the other end of the bed,’ she began.

Tammin thought Lennon would in ‘no way’ manage to get anywhere near that side of the bed, and revealed her worry after hearing a ‘massive thump’.

‘She had knocked her head on this corner of it [the side table] and she had a little gash in the side of her head and she was bleeding. The blood was actually going down into her mouth,’ Tammin revealed.

Understandably, the former Home and Away star said she ‘tried not to freak out’, but that seeing ‘blood in general on your child is quite traumatic’.

Tammin has been busy filming scenes for Neighbours before it officially ends in January, after 37 years on the air.

She revealed last month she would be flying back to Queensland on the weekends to be with her family.
