Tammy recently told New Idea that she feels ‘less slugish’ after a workout and that keeping fit helps her keep up with her kids, Wolf, three, and Saskia, two.
‘I honestly feel better when I get my workout in, less sluggish and I find it easier to keep up with my kids,’ Tammy told the publication.
