She split from ex-fiancé Reece Hawkins in June last year.
And on Saturday, Australian Instagram sensation Tammy Hembrow revealed to fans how her latest back tattoo reminds her to ‘stay strong’ no matter what life throws at her.
In a YouTube video blog, fitness buff Tammy, 24, explained to fans that that her fresh ink was to represent all the ‘hard times’ she’s been through, including her break-up with Reece.

The new tattoo is of angel wings that sit in the middle of her back.
Tammy and personal trainer Reece, who share two children together – Saskia, two, and Wolf, three – announced their split in June after four years together.
Speaking to Jute magazine last year, the fitness entrepreneur said she and Reece, also 24, broke off their engagement because they simply grew apart.
‘You have a picture of what you think your life is going to be like and then circumstances change and people change too,’ she explained.
‘We were young when we got together and still figuring things out. I think when people are weighing in on your personal life while you’re trying to understand things yourself it can feel like a lot of pressure.’
She continued: ‘I share so much of my life, so I understand that my followers online wanted to know what was going on. People were wanting to know what happened before we even knew what was going on.’

In a tearful YouTube video shortly after the split, Tammy told fans that there was no infidelity involved.
‘One or two months ago, I decided to end things with Reece. He didn’t cheat on me, I didn’t cheat on him. It wasn’t like that at all,’ she said.
‘I don’t want people to think we just gave up. Most people know relationships are very complex.’
