Fitness influencer Tammy Hembrow has never shied away from flaunting her assets on social media.

The 28-year-old posed in a skimpy two-piece black bikini outside her Gold Coast mansion as which showed the luxurious scenery behind her.

She sizzled in four eye-grabbing photos before she uploaded them onto Instagram on Saturday. 

‘Half way through the latest [Tammy Fit] challenge and feeling damn good,’ she wrote.

The blonde beauty’s fitness regime has definitely paid off.

Tammy’s crop top complimented her toned torso, and her thin briefs revealed her sculpted legs.

Her sexy post comes after she confirmed her split with her fiancé Matt Poole in December.

And Tammy Hembrow showed him what he was missing last weekend when she posted some racy lingerie snaps of herself.

She flaunted her tiny waist and ample cleavage in a white lace set for Lounge underwear’s Valentine’s Day line.

Tammy confirmed her split from Poole in December, just seven months after the birth of their daughter Posy.

She let the news slip during a photo shoot in Sydney in December, admitting it was ‘tough work being a single mother of three,’ according to one of the makeup artists on set.

Break-up rumours first surfaced when eagle-eyed fans noticed Matt had been absent from Tammy’s Instagram feed for a while.

Tammy also shares son Wolf, six, and daughter Saskia, five, with another former fiancé, Reece Hawkins.
