A man has been arrested after the body of a young mother was found inside her apartment three months ago.
Tatiana ‘Tania’ Dokhotaru, 34, was found dead inside a unit on Norfolk Street in Liverpool, southwest Sydney, at 8pm on May 27.
NSW Police early on Monday morning arrested a 28-year-old man and raided his home in St Clair.
He was taken to Penrith Police Station where he is assisting police with inquiries. No charges have been laid.

Police last week released CCTV footage of what they believe is a phone being thrown out of the 34-year-old’s apartment just before midnight on May 26.
The phone has never been recovered, with detectives urging anyone who may have found the device on Norfolk or Bathurst streets to come forward.
Detectives flew to Canada earlier this month to meet with Ms Dokhotaru’s family and will continue to probe her life and associates in Australia.
A separate critical incident investigation is continuing into all other circumstances surrounding the incident.
