Tatler has unveiled its list of Los Angeles ‘power players’ in its February issue.
According to the magazine, the men and women who made their exclusive list are the best people to know in order to score an invite to LA’s ‘most illustrious parties.’
But that’s no easy task: The list includes quite a few celebrities and is made up exclusively of members of the upper echelons of society, including musicians, producers, designers, TK, and long-established socialites.

Paris & Kathy Hilton
These mother-daughter socialites have long held the keys to in-demand LA events.
Kathy, 60, a former actress and philanthropist, counts actresses and Real Housewives star Kim and Kyle Richards as sisters. She’s married to Hilton Hotel heir Rick Hilton, who has a booming real estate business.
She’s recently been photographed at several ritzy hotel openings, charity fundraisers, and premieres, as well as Paris Fashion Week and several high-end restaurants.
Her daughter Paris, 38, famously worked as a model before earning reality television fame with The Simple Life — after which she built an empire of fragrances, music, and fashion and accessories lines.
The paparazzi favorite is still a mainstay at major Hollywood events, including InStyle’s Golden Globes afterparty, the 9th Annual Streamy Awards, the 2019 WWD Beauty Inc Awards, and the 2019 FN Achievement Awards.

Ringo Starr & Barbara Bach
Beatles drummer Ringo is still making new music: In October, he released his 20th studio album, What’s My Name.
But the 79-year-old could easily kick up his feet and coast on the impact of his icon career, and he would still be an exciting addition to any event.
He and his Bong girl wife Barbara, 72, moved to Beverly Hills in 2014, and host an annual ‘Peace & Love’ birthday party. Though its location changes, in 2019 he held it at the Capitol Records Tower in Los Angeles.
That party alone is one of the most musically star-studded events, and in the past has included Johnny Depp, David Lynch, Sheila E., Peter Frampton, Jim Carey, and Ben Folds.

Billy Idol & China Chow
Punk musician Billy Idol, 67, has only been dating Mr. Chow restaurant heiress China Chow, 45, since 2018, but according to Tatler, they’re already a social scene power couple.
While Billy brings the music crowd, China is an actress, a model, and a Hollywood art scene regular.
The couple reportedly turn up at events like VIP dinners at Larry Gagosian’s Beverly Hills gallery and charity balls at the Museum of Contemporary Art.
Since New Year’s, they’ve already attended The Art of Elysium’s 13th Annual Heaven Gala at Hollywood Palladium alongside stars James Marsden, Abigail Spencer, Topher Grace, Linda Perry, Jack Black, and Bella Hadid.

Jens & Emma Grede
The fashion power couple are fairly new to Bel Air, but they’d spent years building up connections in the Emma’s home city of London and Jens’ home country of Sweden.
Jens co-founded the multi-media fashion marketing agency Wednesday Agency Group with Erik Torstensson, overseeing 12 companies, including Frame Denim.
Emma, 38, is in the denim business too, having founded the brand Good American with Khloe Kardashian.
According to Tatler, they’ve hosted ‘lively’ dinners and pool parties at their home and count Karlie Kloss and Hailey Bieber as friends.
Recently, they’ve attended the Business of Fashion West summit and a Frame denim-sponsored Baby2Baby Holiday Party, the latter of which had a guest list including Molly Sims, Jessica Alba, Taylor Hill, and Monique Lhuillier.

Rosetta & Balthazar Getty
The grandson of the late philanthropist Sir Paul Getty and great-grandson of oil magnate Jean Paul Getty Sr., Balthazar, 44, has found fame in his own right as an actor in the TV show Charmed, Alias, and Brothers & Sisters.
Fashion designer Rosetta, to whom he has been married since 2000, counts Kristen Bell, Katie Holmes, Brie Larson, Kim Kardashian, Gwyneth Paltrow, Bella Hadid, and former first lady Michelle Obama as fans.
Tatler reports that their pals include Eric Dane and Rosetta’s childhood best friend Patricia Arquette.

Louis & Lady Eloise Waymouth

English writer Louis, 41, the son of late interior designer Lady Victoria Waymouth, works on The Late Late Show with James Corden — naturally giving him access to lots of celebrities and Hollywood VIPs.
Meanwhile, his wife, Eloise — the daughter of photographer Patrick Lichfield — is a makeup artist who has worked on Guardians of the Galaxy, Thor: The Dark World, and Star Wars: Episode VII.

Zoë & Olivier de Givenchy
Tatler calls J.P. Morgan financier Olivier — who is the nephew of designer Hubert de Givenchy — and his Australian wife, Zoë the ‘chicest expat couple in LA’.
They’re known for holding dinners at their home in Beverly Hills that count model India Hicks, Princess Marie-Chantal of Greece, and Robbie Williams as guests.
In October, they hosted an Academy Museum of Motion Pictures celebration of architect Renzo Piano at their home, where guests included Bob Iger and Ava DuVernay.

The 26-year-old billionaire heiress to the Dell fortune — her dad is worth an estimated $23.5 billion — runs her own tech consulting business, which counts Bumble as a client.
She hobnobs with other members of this list, including Kathy Hilton; in August, she attended a birthday party for Nicky HIlton’s daughter Lily-Grace.
While her Instagram shows her relaxing on yachts, skiing in Aspen, riding horses on the beach in Cabo, and posing for street photographers at Paris Fashion Week, Alexa is balancing her high-flying lifestyle with being a mom to a one-year-old son.
She got engaged to millionaire real-estate investor Harrison Refoua, 41, in December 2017.

London-born Grainge, 59, is the chairman and CEO of Universal Music Group — and Tatler calls him the ‘most powerful man in the industry’.

Photos show him partying at star-studded events with the likes of Mick Jagger, Kasey Musgraves, Hailee Steinfeld, Joe Jonas, Priyanka Chopra, Maggie Rogers, and Paul McCartney.

Leon & Yana Max
Russian-American fashion designer Leon, 65, has earned his fortune from brands including Max Studio, Studio M, M.S.S.P., Sophie Max, and Chelsea & Violet.
He and and his 37-year-old former model wife Yana’s house was formerly owned by Madonna, and there the couple hosts dinners where they introduce guests to ‘everyone worth knowing.’

Alice Bamford & Ann Eysenring
British film producer Alice, 43, is also an author. Her partner Ann is an author and real estate adviser, and together they have two children.
Their home, One Gun Ranch in Malibu, has a biodynamic farm where they grow organic produce for local markets.
While none of that sounds like the key to the LA social scene, Alice come from English high society, and counts Cara Delevingne and Charlotte Stockdale as family friends.

Lady Kinvara Balfour
The 45-year-old creative director, producer, writer, and public speaker is the daughter of Roderick Balfour, 5th Earl of Balfour.
According to Tatler, she’s the best person for introduction into LA’s art and fashion scenes, having interviewed Anna Wintour and Manolo Blahnik and served as executive producer on the documentary McQueen.
She and her partner, a private jet company CEO named Sudhin Shahani, have a son.

Her daughter has even written about parties that Nona and her husband Martin threw, which included Mick Jagger, Jerry Hall, Art Garfunkel, and Jack Nicholson.

He and former Vanity Fair editor Graydon Carter also own the Monkey Bar in New York City.
