A tattooed bikie nicknamed ‘Kaos’ who converted to Islam was dramatically arrested after a secret operation by tactical police officers.

Heavily armed officers swooped on Brett Pechey and another man with alleged links to bikie gangs after surrounding a property in the Perth suburb of Belmont on Friday morning.

Pechey is known to have had connections to the West End Bandigos gang and Brothers 4 Life.

He boasts a highly curated Instagram account featuring a life of luxury holidays, champagne and women.

Police established a road block on Frederick Street just after 11.30am before using a loud speaker to demand the men come out of the house.

As they waited with guns drawn, Peachey reportedly gave himself up without a fight, reported the West Australian.

Police allegedly found a shotgun in a white Holden Commodore down the road from the raided property, with the car later being towed from the scene.

Neighbours filmed some of the dramatic take-down after hearing the action unfold.

The crackling of the loud-speaker prompted a number of locals to peer out of their windows where they saw the fully-armed tactical officers waiting with their guns drawn.

‘I was actually on the phone at the time and then I just looked out the window and seen a couple of guys with guns pointed at the house,’ witness Jason Cawley said.

‘Both the roads were blocked top and bottom. They eventually arrested the guy and brought him out.

‘It was a big operation…a lot of guys (police).’

Another neighbor described it as being quite ‘exciting’ to see the operation unfold.

No charges have been laid.

Mirways Sayed, the leader of Muslim organisation Ummah United which has been under scrutiny due to its alleged connections to bikie members and suicide bombers, voiced his support for Pechey in the past.

‘This is a true brother of mine. He loves peace loyalty respect honesty. Never hurt no [sic] body. May Allah help u brother we are here for u. Ummah united,’ a post by Mr Sayed on social media read.
