Teacher, 25, ‘sent a video of herself masturbating to a 15-year-old student on Snapchat from her account named “Momma K”‘

A Texas high school teacher has been arrested for allegedly sending a male student videos of her pleasuring herself via Snapchat.
Kelsie Rochelle Koepke, a 25-year-old mother-of-one from Katy, was released on $15,000 bond on Wednesday after she was charged with felony counts of online solicitation of a minor and improper relationship with a student.
An investigation into Koepke was launched on February 28 after a student at Paetow High School in Katy saw an exchange on social media containing inappropriate content between the teacher and a 15-year-old classmate.
When police interviewed the 15-year-old boy, he said he first met Koepke at a school event in October 2017, and at that time the teacher gave him her Snapchat user name, ‘Momma K,’ so that they could communicate.
According to a probable cause affidavit, Koepka instructed the teen to not save any of their online exchanges.

Until last month, Koepke worked as a para-professional at Paetow High School in Katy
On Homecoming night last year, Koepke allegedly sent the boy nude photos and two extremely graphic videos depicting the teacher masturbating, reported KTRK.
The next day, the teacher approached the student and apologized, telling him, ‘I can’t believe I did that,’ but according to the charging documents, she then sent more sexually explicit selfies displaying her exposed breasts and videos of herself just a couple of days later.
Koepke told police in March that she had mistaken the student on Snapchat for someone she had met on a dating app
When questioned by police in early March, Koepke claimed she had mistaken the student for someone she had met on a dating app, and to whom she had been sending the X-rated content. She added that she had sent these videos and photos to multiple different people.
When she realized her error, the teacher was alleged to have said, she kept the student on her Snapchat and sent him more lewd images and videos to ‘keep the peace.’
A Katy Independent School District police officer who reviewed the material shared with the student said Koepke’s face is clearly visibly in at least one of the masturbation videos.
Koepke, who has a six-year-old daughter, surrendered to police on Wednesday. She in is due back in court on May 7.
According to a letter sent to parents by the high school, Koepke has been fired.
