Brittany Zamora, 27, is in jail on a $250,000 bond for allegedly sleeping with the 13-year-old boy on four different occasions
A teacher accused of having sex with a 13-year-old boy slept with him in a classroom in front of another student, according to police.
Brittany Zamora , 27, is accused of having sex with the unidentified minor multiple times both in her car and in her classroom.
According to The Arizona Republic, they once had sex when another student was in the room.
Their affair began after she told students to contact her using an app called Class Craft because, according to records, she was bored in class one day.
Her messages with the boy in question soon turned romantic and the pair started having sex, according to prosecutors.
They allege that the pair once even touched each other sexually while other students in the class watched a video.
As more details of their sordid affair become public, so too do the text messages they exchanged.
In one x-rated back-and-forth, Zamora told the boy she wanted to have sex with him ‘every day with no time limit’.
‘Wyd?’ she started one conversation with him, using the slang-abbreviation for ‘what are you doing?’
He replied: ‘Thinking about your sexy self’ and added two pink heart emojis.
These are some of the text messages exchanged between the teenage boy and the teacher
The teenage boy sent her love notes on bright post-its including one which read ‘U R SEXY!’ which he passed her in class
Some of the notes included ‘hello!’ and ‘U R Sexy’. The teenager took them to the teacher during class hours
The schoolboy sent these notes too which included hearts and some of their initials. He also sent letters
‘Aww baby (love heart eyes emoji) I wish you were with me,’ she responded.
The boy replied: ‘I want u bby. (sic).. when can we f**k again?’, this time adding two red heart emojis to his message.
Zamora hit back: ‘I want you too baby so bad! Whenever we can you know I’m down,’ with a red heart emoji.
She went on: ‘Like you for real get sexier to me every day lol.’
‘I want to f**k you so bad baby those times weren’t enough,’ the boy replied to her.
She responded: ‘Me neither baby! I want you every day with no time limit.’
Zamora is married. According to police, she had sex with the 13-year-old boy twice in her car outside his grandparents’ house while her husband, Daniel, was fishing
In another message, she told him she would quit her job in order for them to be together.
On two occasions, she drove to his grandparents’ home to have sex with him in her car while her husband was fishing.
She and the boy performed oral sex on each other before her husband phoned to tell her he would be home soon, according to the records.
Zamora is shown after being booked into jail in March when she told police she was worried she would be picked on because she is ‘little’
They exchanged explicit photographs including images of Zamora in lingerie and naked and the boy gave her love notes on brightly colored post-its which contained messages including ‘you are sexy’, according to police.
Their affair was discovered by his parents who had an app on his phone which monitored explicit messages.
Zamora was arrested in March and is in jail awaiting trial. She told police when she was arrested that she was nervous she would not survive behind bars.
‘I’m little. They’re gonna tear me apart.’
She then asked ‘Can I have an attorney?’ when the interviewer declared: ‘I’m going to give you an opportunity to explain what happened.’
Zamora opened up to cops about her fear after they appeared friendly when she was taken into custody.
Before being helped into a police car by an officer who warned her the step was large, she asked cops to help her move her hair in front of her face to avoid the glare of waiting media.
‘You’ll be fine, OK?’ one woman tells her. ‘We have to go in the door by them, OK?’
Zamora even appears to be smiling at one point.
The boys parents were devastated by the affair.
All smiles: This is the moment the Arizona six-grade teacher Brittany Zamora, 28, accused of sexually abusing a 13-year-old boy at her school, was arrested last March

Zamora later appeared with her blonde locked flowing as she tried to avoid photographers
‘His childhood is already gone,’ the boy’s father says in an interview with law enforcement ‘He’s 13.’
The child’s stepmother quietly cried as she told police how they confronted him.
‘”So we just need you to tell us the truth,”…we showed him the conversation and we said, “Who is this? Who are you talking to?” And he said, “My teacher.”
‘So then my husband—we are very blunt with our kids. We are open and we have had conversations with him growing up and all that. And so my husband just told him, “‘Have you done anything with your teacher? Did you have sex with your teacher?”
‘And he said “yes.”‘
The boy’s parents noticed he was acting strange, leading them to discover the text messages on his phone thanks to an app called Sentry Parental Control, which monitors messaging apps for ‘suspicious content or behavior’.
Footage just released also shows Zamora’s husband remained supportive of his wife despite the accusations.
‘Not gonna discuss it with you,’ her husband tells police at one point. ‘Brittany is an adult. She’s the best, the best person I’ve ever known,’ he said.
It is not clear if they are still together or not.
The boy’s parents previously claimed Zamora’s husband Daniel called them and begged them not to report his wife to police after they saw her sexual texts, saying she had made a mistake.
The parents told police that Zamora’s husband ‘harassed’ the father over the phone, begging him not to go to the authorities and insisting that his wife had ‘made a big mistake, but that she loved the kids,’ according to the documents.
Daniel Zamora also allegedly suggested that he and the boy’s dad ‘meet up’ and ‘settle this,’ but the parent turned down his offer and hung up on him.
Zamora and her husband, who she has known she was 16, married in 2015. They do not have any children.
Law enforcement reports show Zamora made excuses for the actions of which she’s accused in a recorded phone call with the victim’s parents.
‘I ask myself the same question,’ Zamora replied according to police records.
‘I just got really close after I think everything went down and we’re like, “How could that happen?” … We just got close.’
Zamora’s husband defended her to detectives, saying: ‘Brittany is an adult. She’s the best, the best person I’ve ever known’

The plaintiffs’ court filing accuses officials at Liberty Elementary School District of failing to report the alleged abuse to the police in a timely fashion
The first-year teacher was charged with 10 counts of sexual conduct with a minor, two counts of molestation, two counts of furnishing sexually explicit material to a minor and one count public sexual indecency.
Zamora, pictured in Facebook photos, has pleaded not guilty to the charges against her and is set to go to trial in November
She pleaded not guilty.
It was previously reported that on February 8, three students at the school complained to administrators about Zamora favoring the 13-year-old.
Some of the students went so far as to say that she was ‘dating’ or ‘in a relationship’ with the teen.
‘Everyone talks about them having an inappropriate relationship outside of class and at recess,’ one of the students said, according to notes taken by Principal Tom Dickey in an interview.
‘I’ve heard other kids in my class say that they think they are dating,’ another note reads.
The school district interim superintendent, Richard Rundhaug, told the Republic that they investigated the allegations at the time, but found no evidence of a romantic relationship.
Zamora is due in court May and has pleaded ‘not guilty’ to 10 counts of sexual conduct with a minor, two counts of molestation, two counts of furnishing sexually explicit material to a minor and one count public sexual indecency
‘We did investigate. We determined there were some elements of favoritism, and we gave the teacher some very specific direction on not allowing that favoritism to continue, and then we monitored to make sure those directions were followed,’ Rundhaug said.
‘Whenever we became aware of information, our response was pretty quick,’ he added.
A second student later came forward to police saying he had witnessed Zamora having sex with the 13-year-old and admitted to receiving naked photos from the woman as well.
Court papers filed on behalf of the victim’s family in August allege that the school district could have put an end to the alleged molestation, given that most of the sexual encounters between Zamora and her student took place after the principal first heard about their alleged relationship from other students.
‘It was preventable,’ plaintiffs’ attorney Michael Medina said.
‘We want to hold the school district accountable so this never happens again in the future.’
