Teacher Eleanor Wilson faces trial over ‘sexual activity with pupil’

Teacher, 29, accused of four counts of sexual activity with a child and abusing her position arrives at court to face trial

Teacher Eleanor Wilson arrives at Bristol Crown Court for the start of her trial today

A 29-year-old physics teacher accused of sexual activity with a pupil arrived at court ahead of her trial this morning.

Eleanor Wilson has pleaded not guilty to four charges of abuse of position and sexual activity with a child in August  2015.

Wilson, who was teaching Key Stage Four at the time of the alleged offences,  is on bail – and her trial at Bristol Crown Court is expected to last for four days.

The name of the secondary school and the alleged victim involved in the case cannot be reported for legal reasons.
