A teenager has been rushed to hospital after he was allegedly attacked with a machete at a busy train station in Melbourne’s west.
Police allege the boy was approached by a group of people at Melton train station just after 5pm on Tuesday.
The teen suffered a laceration to his hand from what police believe was a machete.
The alleged offenders then fled on foot.
The teen was taken to Royal Children’s Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

No charges have been laid
