On the first occasion, just after midnight on Monday, August 7, they allegedly entered the back of the Woolworths, with an 18-year-old man, and threatened staff with knives.

‘The group allegedly stole the staff members’ mobile phones before running from the store and fleeing in a dark-coloured hatchback,’ New South Wales Police said in a statement on Tuesday.

Five days later, after 7pm, they covered their faces and entered the same supermarket and approached an office where they allegedly threatened and assaulted a female employee.

This time, they took cash and fled in a dark hatchback.
