Tessa James showcases baby bump in spread for Elle

She stuns on the cover of Elle Australia’s December issue. 

And former Home and Away star Tessa James looks incredible in the accompanying spread. 

The heavily pregnant 26-year-old actress looks radiant in a sheer blouse in one photograph, before stripping down to her underwear and an open shirt for another candid snap.

In the shot of Tessa in the sheer blouse, she reclines on an outdoor bed in the sunshine. 

Her short blonde locks are out and messy, and she wear natural-looking makeup.

In the snaps, Tessa showcases a soft golden glow. 

On the cover of the magazine, the star – who has appeared on Love Child – wears a sheer pink dress, in front of the ocean.

Tessa told the publication that her battle with cancer put strain on her marriage with husband Nate Myles, who she’s been married to since 2011. 

‘For Nate and me, it was out first real challenge as a couple and it was hard and not nice, and not glamorous and very confronting,’ Tessa said, who battled non hodgkin’s lympoma.

Continuing on, the stunner said she wasn’t a fan of people calling her ability to bare a child ‘a miracle’. 

‘I think that “miracle” has come from the media and not from something that I’ve said, but in saying that, being pregnant is a miracle because growing a baby, it’s pretty incredible when you think about it,’ she said.

Tessa recently shared on Instagram how grateful she is to be in good health, after her cancer battle. 

‘Today and everyday, I am so grateful for my health,’ Tessa said.

‘Like everyone, I have my off days and that is very normal but over the past few years I have put such an important focus on both my physical and mental health since overcoming Cancer.’

‘Sometimes you don’t realise how important it is until you come face to face with a situation like mine (and many other life threatening diseases).’

The former Home and Away star was diagnosed with cancer in 2014, beating the disease after a gruelling regime of chemotherapy.

In August, Tessa confirmed she was expecting her first child and is expected to give birth in late 2017. 

The magazine hit stands on Monday.
