The $12 must-have kitchen item Kmart Australia shoppers can’t get enough of: ‘OMG I need it’

If your kitchen cupboards are stacked and you can’t reach items at the back of the shelves, Kmart has come to the rescue.

The budget retailer has released the ultimate pull-out cabinet drawer for keeping essentials within reach, as well as maximise space in your pantry.

The sturdy drawer can either be screwed or glued to the base of a cabinet, and then pulled out so you can reach items at the back of the space without knocking other things over.

It rolls smoothly even when fully loaded, meaning you can pile it up with as many items as you need.

There’s also an adjustable option for bigger spaces, as well as keeping larger items such as pots and pans.

Shoppers are hailing the simple item as making a huge difference to the organisation of their cupboards.

‘OMG I need it,’ one raved.

‘Why do you always know what I need?’ another asked.

The retailer is hitting the A-game with its new range of organisational products.

This month, Kmart launched a $6.50 cling wrap dispenser and a set of three zip-lock bag organisers for $10 to streamline your drawers.

Angela Pan, from Western Australia, shared her rave reviews after getting her hands on the new products.

‘Starting off so strong, Kmart has finally come out with these zip lock bag organisers and cling wrap dispensers,’ she said in a video.

She showed off the wrap dispenser, adding, ‘It has got a rubber grip at the bottom so it’s not going to slide in your drawers. It’s neatly tucked inside so it can’t roll (out), it’s not going to slip and slide everywhere.’

The zip-lock bag dispensers come in three-different sizes for the ultimate organisational hack.

‘I also notice they have little hooks on the back so you can put them on the walls if you want them inside your pantry. You can hook them into command strip hooks and then you can pull them out. So handy.’

She added: ‘These are going to look great in my drawer. I’m going to be so organised for 2025.’
