The Bachelor 2019: Google Maps confirms Chelsie wins Matt Agnew’s heart

The Bachelor’s Matt Agnew has made no secret of the fact he is still in a relationship with his winning contestant.

And after admitting the couple regularly spend time together in the evenings, it’s now almost certain that Chelsie McLeod captures his heart.

Not only is Chelsie, 28, the only finalist that lives in Matt’s home city of Melbourne,  but Daily Mail Australia can reveal her office is just minutes away from his.

The PROOF Chelsie McLeod wins The Bachelor: How a Google Maps search reveals Matt Agnew’s favourite contestant – and why the other four women WON’T get the final rose

According to Chelsie’s LinkedIn account, she has worked as a chemical process engineer at Mott MacDonald in Melbourne’s CBD since January.

Interestingly, Matt works as an analyst nearby at the Quantium, which has an office located within walking distance of Chelsie’s workplace.

According to Google Maps, it would take the couple just 13 minutes to visit each other on their lunch break, and even less time if they met in the middle.

Chelsie has been rumoured to win The Bachelor since before the show even aired.

She has consistently had the shortest odds on all major betting websites, despite failing to receive much air time in the first couple of weeks.

Meanwhile, the other four finalists have all been implicated in scandals or spoilers that seemingly confirm they don’t win the show.

Matt appeared to let slip that Elly Miles is eliminated this week during a radio interview earlier this month. A photo has since surfaced of her alone in Greece, where she is believed to be on a girls’ holiday.

Emma Roche was recently photographed on a date with a man believed to be her new boyfriend. Furthermore, she has criticised the show’s producers for her portrayal, which is hardly the behaviour of a winner.

In July, Perth Now reported that Helena Sauzier had been ‘on the prowl’ for Instagram endorsements, something which Channel 10 bans contestants from doing for the first three months of the show.

If she had won the show, it can be assumed she would be closely following the rules.

Finally, series ‘villain’ Abbie Chatfield has been ‘talking to multiple guys on Instagram’, according to New Idea magazine, which strongly suggests she is single.

By contrast, Chelsie has remained relatively well behaved on social media, and has also quietly resumed work in Melbourne, where Matt is permanently based.

Matt, meanwhile, has been busy sharing cryptic pictures to Instagram tagged in different states. However, it seems these may have just been a ruse to confuse fans.

On August 5, the part-time astrophysicist told KIIS FM’s The Kyle and Jackie O Show that he had caught up with his winner ‘over the weekend’.

When asked if the couple have been able to spend time together in public before the finale air date, Matt replied: ‘It really depends on where we are.

‘If it’s really secluded then, yes… otherwise, we are very much like bats, with the windows closed.’

Matt added that it had been ‘very hard’ to keep his winner’s identity a secret, saying: ‘It’s very clandestine, just basically catch a flight somewhere and…’
