Tyler’s attorney, Carman J. Leon, was present, and a plea of no contest was entered.

Tyler had recently returned home from filming The Bachelorette at the time of the crash.

According to police records obtained by the South Florida Sun Sentinel, Tyler crashed his 2005 Ford Excursion SUV into the back of a pickup while driving through northern Jupiter, Florida.

The collision caused the pickup to hit a third car, according to the report.

Tyler told police he abruptly hit the brakes, but still hit the car in front of him. An estimated $19,000 worth of damage was done to all three vehicles, police said.

Tyler said he sustained a ‘bump on his forehead’, and was the only driver to report any injuries, according to the report.

He was found at fault, cited for careless driving, and fined $166 by police. However, his license was subsequently suspended for nearly a month after he failed to pay the fine by the 30 day deadline.

It’s safe to say Tyler has become one of the most eligible bachelors in America after coming in as a runner-up on The Bachelorette.

But Bachelorette Hannah Brown has admitted she still has feelings for Tyler.

Hannah dumped Tyler on The Bachelorette and accepted a proposal from Jed Wyatt, though their engagement was doomed from the start after it emerged the Nashville musician had entered the show with a girlfriend waiting for him at home.

Hannah ended up asking Tyler out for drinks after she ended her engagement to Jed, and the model accepted her offer.

The star was seen leaving Hannah’s Los Angeles apartment on Friday morning just a few days later.
