The Bachelorette star Sasha Mielczarek makes a tidy profit as he sells his striking self-built Bowral house for $2.6 million before it even goes on the market

Sasha Mielczarek has sold the elegant Bowral home he built with his own two hands for $2.6 million.

It was a very successful sale for The Bachelorette winner, who won the heart of Sam Frost in the 2015 series, as it was sold before it had even touched the market.

It’s also the highest payment made for a house in the Retford Park Estate as prospective home owners scout out the Southern Highlands area, according to Realeatate.com.au.

‘Demand is outstripping supply at the moment and buyers are making offers as soon as they can so they don’t miss out,’ said Bowral principal agent Debbie Pearce, who revealed the property was sold to a buyer from Sydney.

‘It is not uncommon for buyers to be reaching out before we’ve even had the chance to take the pictures,’ she added.

Sacha bought the 1337 square metre plot of land in 2016 for $420,000 in the hopes of building an investment property.

Sacha rose to fame on The Bachelorette Australia back in 2015, where he met and fell in love with Sam Frost.

Since their split, the 36-year-old has largely remained out of the limelight.

In December last year, Sacha debut his newest relationship with an unknown brunette beauty who he’s posted pictures with on his Instagram.
