Elly Miles is currently a frontrunner on Matt Agnew’s season of The Bachelor.
But it appears the 24-year-old may have an unfair advantage, with fresh claims that she ‘had history’ with Matt, 32, prior to filming the show.
‘Most of the girls knew Elly had history with Matt and it caused a lot of tension in the house,’ a source told New Idea on Monday.

The insider continued: ‘[The girls] eventually confronted her about it, and she denied the rumours.
‘But everyone knew it had happened and started to despise her for having an unfair advantage. The whole thing really upset her.’
It’s possible that Elly was ‘planted’ on the show to ensure a happy ending for Matt, however Network Ten have strongly denied these claims.
‘This story is completely false. Matt and Elly did not know each other prior to filming The Bachelor,’ a spokesperson told Daily Mail Australia on Monday.

The publication offered no further evidence of their alleged prior friendship.
Elly became a fan favourite from the very first cocktail party of the season, where she secured some one-on-one time with Matt.
Instantly impressed with Elly, the astrophysicist even gave her a ‘golden ticket’, which ensured she would survive the first Rose Ceremony.
