Several photos show her with less defined cheeks and a smaller chest.

She regularly has Botox in her chin and forehead, too, and gets lip filler to keep her pout looking as plump as possible.

Stevie revealed that she underwent a dramatic transformation to become a fitness model after feeling years of feeling ‘ashamed’ of her looks.

‘I was so ashamed of the photo on the right and couldn’t bear people seeing it,’ she wrote alongside a before and after transformation photo back in September 2016.

‘I realised that I was once that person, and I shouldn’t be ashamed of how I once looked but proud of how I’ve transformed my life for the better.’

Stevie went on to then encourage her followers to be their own motivation, and to only look to others for guidance.

Speaking to Daily Mail Australia, Kaitlyn said while she didn’t recall much of the party, the pair formed a friendship after they spent most the night together.
