The mum-of-four uses the tool for a variety of tricky jobs, including cleaning sticky debris off the floor.

‘A cleaning tool that only costs $1, yes please,’ Kacie said on TikTok.
‘I find these in the painters aisle of Bunnings, not the place you’d be expecting to find good cleaning tools but there’s a lot of handy stuff there.’
The plastic scraper is designed for applying soft putty to cracks and holes in walls, however it has become popular with cleaners for cleaning stubborn dirt without damaging surfaces.
‘These ones are really good for cleaning sticky bits off the floor, especially if you’ve got floorboards because they won’t scratch,’ the cleaner explained.
The budget buy comes in five different sizes and ranges from $1.10 to $2.30.
Kacie said she also likes to buy metal scrapers, which costs about $3, to remove grime from her oven.

Her followers loved the budget hack.
‘Ohhhh I need this in my life for on the floor around my baby’s high chair!’ one mum said.
‘Oh my gosh. They look like my tiles. No one talks about how hard it is cleaning those tiles and grout,’ another said.
‘Yes! Can’t go out without my paint scraper. Never know what I’ll come across and this comes in hand every time,’ another cleaner agreed.
