The Block: Ronnie and Georgia’s Bronte Court home hits rental market

The Block home designed by Ronnie and Georgia Caceres has been put on the rental market.

The four-bedroom property is being advertised for $2,300 a week, less than a fortnight after it was sold at auction for $3,696,000, reports Domain.

In addition to the four bedrooms, the home also boasts two-and-a-half bathrooms, a spiral staircase, a basement cinema, a pool and much more.

It was the highest scored property on The Block and also the most viewed online.

However, the couple were left devastated during show’s finale after they placed last at auction.

According to the winning team, Mitch Edwards and Mark McKie, Ronnie and Georgia were blindsided by their loss because they genuinely believed they would win.

‘[Ronnie and Georgia] were confident they were going to win and it didn’t turn out that way,’ Mitch told The Kyle And Jackie Show on Monday.

‘We’ve been there before,’ the property flipper admitted, explaining: ‘We came last, last time we were on The Block two years ago, so we know how that feels.’

While the outcome was disappointing, Mitch reminded fans that Ronnie, 45, and Georgia, 37, didn’t walk away empty handed.

‘But you know, they won a truckload of money anyway. We all got crazy rewards, and ours is just the biggest reward,’ he said.

Mitch and Mark were crowned the winners of The Block Fans v Faves for 2021.

The Sydney couple made the largest sum over reserve of all five Block houses at Bronte Court at auction, selling their home for $4,044,444 with a profit of $644,444.

Mitch and Mark also took home an additional $100,000, taking their total prize money to $744,444, with the stylish pair understandably in complete shock.
