Tanya said she ‘rates them’ and acknowledged that despite their heated words on TV, they made good TV rivals.

‘I rate them! We make good TV together especially when we annoy each other,’ she wrote, adding: ‘But it all seriousness. They are uber talented.’

Tanya and husband Vito clashed with the Cacereses throughout the 2021 season.

Ronnie and Georgia had been ‘strong contenders’ heading into auction day in early November, but ended up making the least amount of money when their four-bedroom home sold for for $3,696,000.

Tanya and Vito placed third with a profit of $400,000.01 after selling their home for $3,800,000.01.

During the finale, Tanya finally admitted to masterminding a cheating plot earlier in the season which saw her secretly take a photo of the show’s production schedule.

‘What I want to say is that I obviously take full responsibility for this situation and I am sorry, I am truly sorry. Yes, I did. I took the photograph,’ she said through tears.

‘I am not a stupid woman but I did a stupid thing. We take responsibility for what happened and where it ended up after that was obviously out of my power, but I started it.’

Ronnie and Georgia took a thinly veiled swipe at Tanya on Instagram the day after the auction.

They boasted of the fact they’d played ‘an honest and fair game’ throughout, despite finding themselves at a disadvantage by having a corner home.

‘Our The Block journey might not have ended the way we planned but it’s still such a fabulous financial outcome for our family,’ they said.

‘We hold our heads high knowing we left nothing in the tank, did the best we could whilst playing an honest and fair game.

‘Being on the smallest parcel of land and positioned on a corner were factors out of our control.’
