They’re on The Block to try and make some money when they put their apartments up for auction in coming weeks.

And now the show’s buyer’s agent, Greville Pabst, has said that villain Sara and her husband Hayden need to seriously up their game if they want want to attract buyers.

Speaking to Daily Mail Australia, Greville slammed their apartment and styling, saying that he scored their pad the lowest because it has ‘issues’ and that they’ve ‘got it wrong.’

‘There is certainly some issues with that apartment,’ Greville said, who is a buyer’s agent from PropertyDuo.

‘The first thing is important to buyers and people I will bring through is the functionality of a particular room and the way it flows and the connection between the kitchen, living room and dining room.’

‘They’ve got it wrong. They’ve got the kitchen, the family room and dining at the end. That doesn’t work, they need to have the dining near the kitchen.’

Greville also said that the pair – who were slammed for their electric fireplace in their lounge room – should have installed a natural fireplace.

He added that their ensuite will ‘polarise’ buyers with its bronze bath.

‘The ensuite itself is really dark, grey and black tiling. The buyer is either going to love it or hate it.’

‘These are rooms that really determine whether the buyer will pay that extra money for an apartment. I think they will lose a lot of buyers in their choices.’

He added that their bathrooms ‘lack consistency’ and that their rooms ‘lack a bit of personality.’

‘When you walk into the living room it doesn’t feel like anything,’ Greville explained.

‘They haven’t considered who the buyer is going to be and the demographic…you need to think of the buyer when you style it. They haven’t thought about it enough.’

He said meanwhile that Carla and Bianca and Jess and Norm have the best apartments on the show, being penthouses.
