The Block’s Elyse Knowles takes 10-day-old son Zaii to the beach for the first time

Elyse Knowles welcomed son Zaii Barker on May 18. 

And the former Block winner shared a milestone for the infant on Sunday when she took him to the beach in Byron Bay. 

Elyse, who is also mother to two-year-old son Sunny, shared an image of the tot at the beach enjoying nature. 

‘First time for Zaii,’ she wrote alongside the frame of the infant bundled up.

Other photos showed Zaii resting on her legs, and Elyse enjoying a tender moment with both of her children.

Elyse rose to fame in 2017 alongside her partner Josh when they were crowned the winners of The Block.

The former reality stars moved from Melbourne to Byron Bay in 2019 seeking a quieter life.

‘I got quite anxious leaving home for the first time. My heart was racing. I didn’t know if I could do it,’ she told the publication.

‘Having [Sunny], having our dogs and getting out there… And Sunny was screaming in the car and it made me quite scared.

‘I found it hard to breathe and I had to tell myself, “It’s fine, what could go wrong?” Everyone has babies… you just have to go for it.’
