The Hampton house built by hunky twins Josh and Luke Packham on The Block has hit the market again with an asking guide of $3.9million to $4.1million.
Originally selling the home for $3.93million, the twins, 30, who first shot to fame on Love Island Australia, netted a tidy $530,000 in profit on the renovation show.
However, the news owners were unable to make use of the luxury home as their interstate move to Melbourne fell through, forcing them to put the house up for sale.
The four-bedroom, three-bathroom property is described as being in a ‘great location’ sitting at 10 Bronte Court, Hampton ‘near lots of parks’.
Built for families, the sun-drenched pool sits beside an expansive entertainment area which leads seamlessly into a modern interior.
The home also boasts 6.5m vaulted ceilings alongside a gas fireplace and state-of-the-art kitchen.
Setting it apart from other homes on the street, the main bedroom includes massive amounts of storage and a very luxurious indoor-outdoor ensuite.
Kay & Burton Bayside executive director Alex Schiavo said the twins ‘did a fantastic job’ building the house which came in second place on The Block 2021.

‘The home is in a great location, has an excellent flexible floor plan, and the families love that it’s near lots of parks,’ he added.
‘The Hampton market is an established marketplace; when you look at the quality of renovations, the majority that sell are beautiful weatherboard homes.
‘The Melbourne market is interesting at the moment. There are times you might get three to four people bidding for a property, but in the end, it’s coming down to two buyers – with this home, it’s definitely going to sell and have a bit of competition.’

Josh and Luke were runners-up on The Block in 2021, walking away with a profit of $530,000 after selling their house for a whopping $3.93million.
But the brothers confirmed soon after that they wouldn’t be splitting the money in half, and instead used it to start a new business venture together.
Luke said the twins planned to combine their funds and create a business to distribute synthetic grass products across Australia.
