The Block’s Leah and Ash get into heated argument with builders over water damage

The Block married couple Leah and Ash got into a heated argument with their builders during Monday night’s episode. 

The tensions came to a head after Leah, 32, accused Block builders Simmo and Aidan of not adequately protecting their property against water damage.

‘You haven’t put your life on the line here. You haven’t left your family. I’m here to do a job,’ said Leah.

Leah was furious her property received significant water damage during a recent Melbourne storm and attempted to blame the builders.

However, they were having none of it and boldly refuted her claims.

‘Our job is to build this house as well as we can. We all make sacrifices to be here. It’s really unfortunate what happened with your room,’ an upset Aidan responded.

Leah then demanded the builders guarantee no more water damage would happen to the property – and they weren’t able to provide it.

‘There is a risk, there is always going to be a risk as there is lots in play,’ Aidan responded.

Fortunately, Leah seemed happy with that answer and apologised for her ’emotional and heated’ outburst.

It comes amid reports host Scott Cam could be booting blockheads Leah and Ash from The Block. 

Sources suggested the host of the hit renovation show was not impressed by the couple sledging his own builders Andrew Simmons and Aidan O’Shannessy (aka Simmo and Aidan) from Nine in scenes shown this week.

Leah recently told Woman’s Day her outburst on the show was ‘a really rock bottom moment’ for her and husband Ash.

However the controversial mum-of-three denied that there were any further tensions on site though, with the clashing parties burying the hatchet.

‘After we both shared our views, Ash cracked open a bottle of whisky after tools down and all was forgotten,’ Leah said.

She went on to claim that she is not expecting any backlash from The Block’s host, but fans of the show have not been so understanding.

Throughout their time on the show, social media users have repeatedly called out Leah and Ash for their perceived aggression
