The Block’s Marty Fox and his wife Charlotte have put their Mornington Peninsula holiday home up for sale.
Marty, who is known for his judging on the hit reality show, described the property as ‘cottage out the front and party out the back.’
The couple are looking to sell the luxury getaway in the range of between $1.9million and $2.09milion.
The property features lavender plants lining the stairs that lead from a covered deck and outdoor kitchen to a heated pool.
In 2021, while Marty and Charlotte were living in Melbourne, the pair bought the 1950s cottage to renovate as a holiday home.
But due to their busy schedule and after moving to a larger home in Toorak, the couple don’t have as much time to visit the retreat, so they’re selling up.
The home comes complete with a well-tended 1548 sqm garden featuring an in-ground trampoline, pear trees, and tall water gumtrees.
