They had earlier formed somewhat of an alliance while competing to win The Block.

But it appears husband-and-wife teams Ronnie and Georgia Caceres and Clint and Hannah Amos have become rivals as the contest heats up.

Ronnie, 41, and Georgia, 33, spoke with TV WEEK on Monday and had harsh words for their fellow competitors, accusing them of being ‘fence-sitters’.

‘They just sit on the fence and see what happens. I think they’re playing everyone,’ Ronnie told the magazine.

‘But the reality is they’re broke and can’t renovate a house,’ he continued.

Tension between the teams arose after Ronnie and Georgia reportedly asked Clint and Hannah if they could access their backyard for a crane to deliver their pool.

Things came to a head when arguing between Georgia and Hannah allegedly continued off-camera.

Ronnie ‘hinted’ to the publication Hannah had even sent his wife ‘an abusive text’ during their disagreement.

Hannah appeared to be more optimistic about the spat, telling TV WEEK that her and Clint have ‘no personal feelings or ill intent’ towards Ronnie and Georgia.

The pressure of hallway and laundry week got to Georgia on Sunday, where she was seen crying after realising their renovation wasn’t coming together as planned.

In tears, she exclaimed: ‘I’m really tired and I’m about to cry.’

She added: ‘I don’t think I love my hallway. It’s just not coming together as expected.’

Her and Ronnie weren’t able to completely finish their room for the first time ever, leaving co-stars Sticks and Wombat to take out the number one spot.
