The images show the bedroom, kitchen and living space’s impressive makeover.

On Tuesday, a proud Sarah-Jane, 30, explained how her handy husband had installed the ceiling fan, fireplace, furniture and dartboard to make the lodgings more inviting.

Sarah explained her husband Tom cut through the wall to vacant land to build a bathroom.

She added that the couple, who also own a home in Melbourne suburb of Gladstone Park, decided against taking a European holiday so they could spend the $12,000 they had saved to purchase the portable home.

‘Thought I would show some before and after shots of the inside of our caravan to finish the spontaneous “let me show you our caravan segment” I’ve been doing the past few days!’ Sarah captioned their post.

‘But honestly we love this place and one day when we have spare cash if anyone ever has that we will spruce it up a bit more but it definitely serves its purpose and we feel so calm and relaxed when we are there.’

Many of the couple’s 51,000 followers were quick to congratulate the pair’s top-notch renovation work.

One fan gushed it was a ‘beautiful space’ while another said they made ‘the right choice’ to stay in their newly decorated pad.

During The Block finale last month their property had a reserve price of $4.08 million and sold for $4.1 million, meaning they walked away with just $20,000 for their efforts.

Following the shock auction, they made the difficult decision to sell their Ford ute to make ends meet after making a dismal profit.

The couple posted to Instagram to tell their fans the disappointing result meant they would have to sell their vehicle.

Fortunately, they managed to find the silver lining and added: ‘We had the experience of a lifetime and it’s something we can tell our grandkids about.’

Sarah-Jane admitted in an interview with Nine they had spent a lot of money financing their stint on The Block so they were now in the red.

‘We spent more than $20,000 of our savings to be here,’ Sarah-Jane said.
