Bill and Hillary Clinton have been on grandparent duty this week, coming down to New York City to spend some quality time with their two grandchildren.
On Monday, which happened to be president’s day, the former president and failed presidential candidate took their three-year-old granddaughter Charlotte and one-year-old grandson Aiden to Sesame Street Live in Madison Square Garden.
It was the second year that Hillary had treated her kids to the show. During last year’s show, Aiden was still a baby and had to be carried around by his mom. This year, he spent part of the time sitting on his grandpa’s lap, while Charlotte took a seat next to her grandma.

Attendees shared pictures of the former president and first lady taking their seats in the pedestrian 100th row of the theater.
After the show, both Clintons patiently took pictures with several children and their parents – though it was the parents who looked more starstruck.
The following evening, Hillary was spotted grabbing dinner with her daughter Chelsea at Upland, an upscale restaurant near Chelsea’s apartment in the Madison Square Park area.

Hillary agreed to take several pictures with diners at the restaurant on Tuesday
Video shows the moment the entire restaurant got up and gave Hillary a round of applause as she was seated at her table.
‘Dreams do come true,’ the woman recording the video is heard saying.
Like at Sesame Street Live, Hillary agreed to take several pictures with happy diners at the restaurant.
Chelsea grabbed dinner with her mom shortly after returning to New York from the UK, where she attended London fashion week over the weekend.
Hillary also took her grandkids to see Sesame Street Live last year as well
Last year, Chelsea came along and held a still baby Aiden during the performance
