The first home renovation went to auction on the episode selling for $1.605 million, having been initially bought for $1.25 million.

Following the week-long renovation challenge, judges Wendy Moore, Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen and Drew Heath scored each of the home’s rooms and outdoor space on their overall transformations.
The front of the house impressed the judges with its timber insets on a modernised frame finish.
Keeping the house minimalist and clean, streamlined and delicate touches transformed the home completely from its previous old brick frame.
