The Masked Singer: Logan Paul takes off Grandpa Monster mask after stumping panel on hit Fox show

Logan Paul was eliminated Wednesday from The Masked Singer after performing as Grandpa Monster.

The 26-year-old YouTube personality took off his mask after singing Bad Reputation by Joan Jett as Group B resumed performing on the hit Fox show.

Grandpa Monster finished last after competing against Piglet, Black Swan, Chameleon and Wildcard entry Crab.

Grandpa Monster during his clues package revealed that he ‘always hated the sound of his singing voice’, but found new confidence performing in disguise.

He opened up his performance by tearing up a photo of Piglet and entertained the panelists with some fancy footwork.

‘That was awesome!,’ declared guest host Niecy Nash, 51, after Grandpa Monster’s performance.

The season five episode featured a new post-performance clue in which the singers revealed their first crush.

Grandpa Monster revealed that his first crush was Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson.

Nicole Scherzinger, 42, picked up on a boxer dog in the clues package and guessed that Grandpa Monster was Jake Paul, 24.

Robin Thicke, 44, stuck with his First Impression guess of Johnny Manziel, 28, while Ken Jeong, 51, changed his original guess from Emmitt Smith, 51, to Kevin Hart, 41.

Jenny McCarthy, 48, originally thought Grandpa Monster was Morgan Freeman, 83, but switched her final pick to The Miz, 40.

‘I was gonna say Logan at the last minute,’ Nicole declared after Grandpa Monster removed his mask.

‘You thought I was Jake?,’ Logan asked, referencing his younger brother.

He then asked for a close-up and said, ‘Not Jake Paul’.

Nicole said she was ‘really close’ after taking note of the clues about troublemaking, acting out and having a bad reputation.

‘I’m reformed,’ Logan said.

The YouTuber said he was sad to leave.

‘Singing is so scary for me. And being in this costume, ironically, as restrictive as it is, you feel so free in here. It was a lot of fun,’ Logan said.

He also wished good luck to Black Swan.

‘I want her to win. She’s very good,’ Logan said before performing Bad Reputation again with his mask off. 

Black Swan earned a standing ovation for her rendition of In My Blood by Shawn Mendes and later revealed that her first crush was D’Angelo.

The show opened with Grandpa Monster and he was followed by apparent rival Piglet who sang Good To Be Alive [Hallelujah] by Andy Grammer.

Crab was introduced as a Wildcard entry and his clues package revealed both triumph and tragedy as he spoke of a ‘darkness that has followed me and my family’.

Nicole cried as Crab sang Ain’t No Sunshine by Bill Withers and later thanked him for the ‘honesty and sincerity’ in his performance.

Crab shared that his first crush was Janet Jackson, 54.

The Masked Singer will return next week on Fox.
