A mum has shared how to make avocado bombs on the barbecue packed full of cheesy goodness.  

Texan mum-of-three, Kimberly, created the family favourite with five ingredients and says they are ‘absolutely delicious’.

A mum has shared how to make avocado bombs on the barbecue that are both tasty and packed full of cheesy goodness, she uses only five simple ingredients to make them

Next she placed an avocado slice on top of each of the cheese-filled halves and wrapped the green goodies in minced meat.

 She cooked the avocados on her barbecue grill at 190 degrees for an hour, applied a layer of barbecue sauce to the bacon and let them cook for a further 30 minutes

To finish she served the cheese-filled bombs on a plate and cut through the crisp bacon to reveal the succulent meat and mouthwatering melted cheese inside.

Kimberly’s simple but tasty barbecue dish received hundreds of likes and comments from foodies who can’t wait to try out the avo bombs themselves.
