What does Nicole use on her skin?

Nicole Kidman has become famous for her perfectly porcelain skin, and she is absolutely religious about the use of daily sunscreen.

‘As a fair-skinned girl, I’ve worn sun cream since I was a kid,’ she told Harper’s Bazaar.

Nicole is a huge fan of Neutrogena Ultra Sheer Dry-Touch Sun-screen Broad Spectrum SPF100+ for her face every single day, even if it’s cloudy.

A bottle of Neutrogena SPF costs just $15.49 from Chemist Warehouse and Priceline.

Elsewhere on her face, the 53-year-old said she is strict about taking her makeup off and double cleansing every night.

But if she is having a late night or has been travelling, Nicole isn’t averse to using a cleansing wipe in order to make things quick and easy.

Nicole also loves to mix high and low-end skin products:

‘La Mer creme is my go-to, but I also love Aquaphor. It costs nothing,’ she told Allure.

The actress mixes and matches the $250 moisturiser with the budget staple in order to get her dewy look.

Nicole's (pictured) rule is to eat healthily 80 per cent of the time, and then allow herself a little of what she loves 20 per cent of the time

What does Nicole supplement with?

Like many, Nicole realises that you cannot just look after the outside of your skin, but you also need to hydrate from the inside out.

‘I really believe in taking vitamins and supporting my skin with inside health,’ she told Allure.

Nicole’s favourite is the Swisse Hair, Skin and Nails supplement, which she said has ‘changed’ the quality of her nails.

'I'm a mom, so I don't have a lot of room in my bag, but I always try to have an all-in-one product. I use Benefit Benetint (pictured) on my lips and cheeks,' Nicole said

She also likes to follow a healthy diet, filled with plenty of lean protein, complex carbohydrates, fruit and veg.

What makeup does Nicole use?

When it comes to makeup, Nicole’s approach is that she doesn’t like to wear any when she is filming.

Then, she opts for ‘multi-tasking products’ when she does wear makeup.

‘I’m a mom, so I don’t have a lot of room in my bag, but I always try to have an all-in-one product. I use Benefit Benetint on my lips and cheeks,’ Nicole told Allure.

She also gets her lashes and eyebrows tinted regularly, so she can go out without makeup without seeming too pale.
