Midfielder Emre Can admits he could look to leave Juventus if he doesn’t start featuring in more games for the Italian giants.

Former Liverpool man Can was left out of their Champions League squad and has played only four times so far under Maurizio Sarri this season.

The 25-year-old says he will consider his future during Italy’s winter break.

Emre Can has only played four times for Juventus so far this season in Italy

‘I’m still a Juventus player,’ he told Corriere dello Sport after Germany’s 6-1 win over Northern Ireland. ‘Obviously I’m not satisfied with my situation, but I’m keeping my foot on the accelerator and I give 100 per cent in every training session.

‘I’m trying to change my situation, no player is happy when they don’t play.

‘That’s my situation in Turin right now and I’ll have to think about what makes the most sense to me over the winter.

‘I certainly see myself staying in Turin, but the situation must change.’

Juventus, currently unbeaten in Serie A, return to domestic action against Atalanta on Saturday.
