‘I absolutely love Australia, and it’s a privilege to be part of such a life-changing show,’ she told The Daily Telegraph.

‘The phenomenal artists this year blew my mind, especially Team Rita. The other coaches are like extended family and I’m really looking forward to getting back together to discover the next The Voice superstar.’

Rumours ran rife recently that Rita would be stepping away from her position on the show, with former coach Delta Goodrem even tipped to take her place at one stage.

Meanwhile, Bella Taylor Smith – who was on Team Guy – won the season in 2021.

Guy, 39, told the publication that last season was one of the ‘best times I’ve ever had making television’, saying that he couldn’t wait to return next year.

‘The vibe was great, the fun was real and, yet again, we uncovered some insane Aussie talent,’ he said. ‘I can’t wait to be back again next season with Keith, Rita, Jess and the incredible team of producers and musicians to make more magic happen.’

Just last month, it was reported that the network were sparing no expense to secure the return of all four coaches for 2022.

There was even claims that Anywhere singer Rita was being offered up to $1million per season.

‘It’s tempting in a world where there’s not as much money to be made in touring during Covid-19,’ a source told New Idea.

Jessica is understood to have secured a ‘great figure for her next season return’.

Meanwhile, host Sonia Kruger is ‘in the best possible position to secure more pay, better contracts and cushier conditions’, reports New Idea.

The 56-year-old presenter recently made it clear she believes The Voice is a better product on Seven than it was during its 10-year run on the Nine Network.

‘The show has found its heart and soul again, which the audience are there for,’ she told the magazine.
