The World’s Hottest Grandma Gina Stewart, 48, gets her ‘first facial treatment in years’

Microdermabrasion has been a staple at beauty spas for eons, so much so that the trend has become somewhat ‘outdated’ in recent years.

But this week, the ‘World’s Hottest Grandma’ Gina Stewart underwent the once popular facial for the first time ever at a local Gold Coast spa.

The ageless 48-year-old maintains that it was her ‘first facial treatment in years,’ after previously stating that she’s never used any kind of artificial beauty enhancers like Botox of fillers.

All natural: The ‘World’s Hottest Grandma’ Gina Stewart finally succumbed to beauty treatments this week by getting microdermabrasion at a local spa

‘We all get low and feel bad about ourselves from time to time and sometimes all it takes to pick yourself up is to look and feel your best and to be the best version of yourself,’ the mother-of-four wrote in a touching Instagram post.

‘Yesterday I took a trip to Esteem medi spa at Marina Mirage Gold Coast,’ she continued.

‘I haven’t had any facial treatments in years so decided on a microdermabrasion. I left with rejuvenated skin and a big smile on my face.’

The social media sensation said that it was important to find treatments that were ‘anti ageing without going under the knife,’ and that she’s excited to try out laser treatments next.

Outside of her double-E cup breast implants, Gina has always maintained that her beauty is natural and that she’s never used Botox or fillers.

In May, the busty grandmother told Daily Mail Australia that the only products she uses on her face are coconut oil and rose hip oil.

‘Macro Organics coconut oil is my hair product, my product that I cook with and my moisturiser – $5, all organic, no chemicals,’ she said.

‘Rosehip oil is also my secret weapon, I swear by this, it’s anti-ageing. So basically what I do is I cleanse and I put this on my face afterwards – that’s my daily routine.’

She also follows a ‘chemical-free’ lifestyle and only drinks alkaline water.

Despite her new love of microdermabrasion, beauty experts have called the treatment ‘outdated’ now.

‘The field is really evolving and leaving microdermabrasion in the past,’ plastic surgeon Heather Furnas told Allure in March.

‘Microdermabrasion has almost become outdated compared to all the other advances in exfoliation. It’s been surpassed by better options.’
